The NorthPoint master plan was developed through the leadership of Kenneth Greenberg, President of Greenberg Consultants in Toronto and a world-renowned city planner. Greenberg has played a leading role on a broad range of assignments in highly diverse urban settings. Much of his work has focused on the rejuvenation of downtowns, waterfronts and neighborhoods, and new community planning. Recent projects include the award-winning Saint Paul on the Mississippi Development Framework, the Downtown Hartford Action Strategy, the Master Plan for the Brooklyn Bridge Park on the East River in New York, plans for the rejuvenation of Skyline Park in Denver, Colorado, and a Master Plan for the North Delaware Riverfront in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Boston-based Childs Bertman Tseckares (CBT) works closely with Greenberg as Master Panning Architect for NorthPoint. CBT is a professional design firm providing services in architecture, interior architecture, site planning, and urban design. CBT has received over 120 design awards recognizing excellence and creativity in the design of new buildings and the preservation of existing structures.
