| Phase IA Construction NorthPoint construction has begun,
commencing in 2005 with Phase IA. Phase IA development
is located entirely in the City of Cambridge and entails
constructing two modern residential buildings – buildings
Sierra and Tango – slated to contain a total of approximately 329
moderately priced condominiums; an elongated 5-acre
central park; and
