At the complete build out, the NorthPoint project will include 20 new buildings, a new transit station, nearly 10 acres of open green space, and approximately 1 mile of new roadway and utility infrastructure. The project is being developed over a number of years and in a series of phases. The groundbreaking for the first phase took place in March 2005.
