In 2003, Jones Lang LaSalle hosted an International Design Competition
that was open to architects around the world. The goal of the competition was
to expand upon the master planning vision of NorthPoint and to encourage
creative architectural design ideas. Approximately 100 national and international architectural firms participated.
The following three teams won the International Design Competition based
on their exceptional ability to design within the given guidelines and budget:

These firms will be awarded the design assignment of one of nineteen parcels
proposed for NorthPoint.
