A 10-acre park -- a true point of differentiation

NorthPoint will make your daily commute, literally, a "walk in the park."
This wide-open stretch of green space, coupled with a new multi-purpose trail, will connect the community to the Charles River Park System. With its 10 acres of lush lawns, water garden and scenic pathways, NorthPoint's park is destined to become a center of recreation, fitness and entertainment—for residents and employees alike.

  Central Park
Five acres of NorthPoint's central park will be developed during Phase IA. This stretch of open space, coupled with the new multi-purpose trail, will begin to transform the NorthPoint area and ultimately connect it to the Charles River Park System. Buildings Sierra and Tango will front the park and include a landscaped open courtyard linking the two buildings. Landscape architects at Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates are designing the central park as well as other open green spaces at NorthPoint.

The green space at NorthPoint will flow directly into the 9-acre park currently under construction by the Commonwealth connecting NorthPoint to the Charles River. This total of approximately 14 and ½ acres of accessible, flexible open space is unparalleled at any development in the Boston and Cambridge area, and will eventually total nearly 20 acres of green space.
