This 44-acre community is located directly across the Charles River from Massachusetts General Hospital and within easy walking distance of Kendall Square. The neighborhood enjoys easy access to both the Green and Orange lines as well as Memorial Drive, Storrow Drive and I-93 via Msgr O’Brien Highway. By 2015, the property is scheduled to include a new Green Line MBTA station that will be part of a public transit expansion to Tufts University in Medford.
