Infrastructure & Parks
- East Street: All utilities are complete and base paving installed. Curbs and street lights in progress. Final connection at O’Brien and finish paving remains.
- Glassworks Avenue: All utilities are complete. Base course paving installed. Curbs remain to be completed at Parcel T along with finish paving.
- Leighton Street: Work is complete on all utilities and base course paving installed. Curbs and street lights installed. Finish paving remains.
- Northpoint Boulevard: Installation of utilities and pavement base course is substantially complete up to the Gilmore Bridge with curbing and street lights in. Utility connections East of Gilmore are installed with gas remaining.
- Lechmere Canal Storm Drain & Outfall: Lechmere Park restoration is substantially complete. Storm drain has been activated.
- Site Work & Grading: West end of park finishes and water garden features are substantially complete except for walkways. Lawn areas have been hydro-seeded and trees planted. Middle part of park is fine graded with some soils placement in and trees planted. Some park lighting and irrigation system piping is in place. Work has been shut down until end of Winter.
Sierra Building
- Drywall of units is complete. Drywall taping is complete through 6 and nearly complete on 7 & 8. Common areas, egress stair and shaft enclosures are in progress.
- Painting of units is in progress through 8th floor. Kitchen cabinets are complete through 3 and in progress on 5. Tile work is complete through 4 and in progress on 5 & 6. Wood floor in units is complete on 1 and underway on 3.
- Plumbing and mechanical work is well underway. Interior heat pump installation is complete. Tubs are substantially complete. Penthouse mechanical work is well underway with heating system boilers, pumps, and cooling towers in place, piped, and being wired. Electrical roughing of units is complete through 8 with finish work in progress through 4. Sprinkler roughing and heads are complete. Startup of equipment is ready to commence upon receipt of permanent power.
- Elevator installation of entrances, motors, rails, and cab base is complete. Finish work is in progress with first car inspection certificate received for construction use.
- Loft stairs are substantially complete except for finish treads.
- Curtainwall and glass installation is substantially complete. Metal panels in lightwell are complete and windows installed. Storefront doors are installed. Exterior metal panels are substantially complete on North, South and East elevation and in progress on West elevation and Penthouse.
- Wood deck on 3rd floor is substantially complete except for railings.
- Exterior sidewalks and stairs are complete on North, South, and East elevations with balance on West end to be completed after Winter. Placement of landscape loam is complete at those locations.
- NStar transformer and switchgear have been delivered and are being wired and assembled. Primary cable has been pulled into the vault. Projected permanent power energize date is March 26.
- Projected building completion date is May 2007
Tango Building
- Mechanical and plumbing roughing is in progress. Electric roughing is complete on 3rd & 4th floors and in progress on 5. Tubs are being set thru 11th floor. Heat pumps are being set through 9.
- Drywall interior studs are in progress thru 12th floor. Ceiling framing is in progress through 7th floor. Drywall has commenced on 3rd floor.
- Pre-cast on building is substantially complete.
- Curtainwall is substantially complete on North side of the bar and through 8 on the South side. Windows are complete at the tower.
- Roofing is substantially complete except at Penthouse which is in progress.
- Elevator installation of rails and cars is in progress.
- Projected building completion date is November 2007.
